Haplochromis sp."ruby green"
Here are my first pictures of the "ruby greens" that i had sent to me from the strain i maintained several years ago
I received some fry but many have grown into Astatotilapia aeneocolor !!! In amongst them are some ruby greens that i am not happy with
I have not seen such a large spot on them before and have decided to cull them suspecting them to be crossed with aeneocolor. Very frustrating but worth the trouble i hope
I hope the translation is correct

Fry -> Frai (friture is in Belgium related with 'frites' so the chips we eat all days ;- , in France about Fried food)
--- other part are understandable thanks Paul
The big spot is probably related with the aeneocolor , so you right to put these fishes away ++
La tache noire est typique des aeneocolor , le choix d'éliminer les jeunes, me paraît cohérent

Re: Haplochromis sp."ruby green"
i have edited out my poor attempt at speaking French.
very frustrating at this time, everything is breeding (both neochromis) but not holding to term.
may have something to do with the synodontis i have added to some of the tanks !!!
I have everything you want in September except the neochromis and chilotes ruti.

Possible I prefer to keep only one synodontis by tank , because once nervous they become harrasing for other fishes
No problem for other fishes , do the best you can, if you have only one Chilotes ruty male Maxime can take it ! We can try later to have some female in Germany via Marco or Thomas !
